  - In the case of the «telematics» modality, a copy of the license will be sent by email or WhatsApp within a period of 2 to 48 hours as long as it is requested in the mornings and on weekdays. (Our emails may occasionally be received in your spam folder. Please check if they are there.)

- «Express» orders will be accepted until 11:30 AM, thank you.

- Important: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered for the purposes of delivery times.

Requirements to obtain a hunting license:

• Photocopy of ID.
• Photocopy of the Hunter's Mandatory Insurance.
• Have previously held a license in this Community, or the original or a certified photocopy (also original) of a valid hunting license from any community where a hunter's exam is required (currently Andalusia, La Rioja, Extremadura, Navarra, or the Basque Country), or certification of having passed the hunter's exam in any community.
  
  You can also present an original or certified photocopy of:
  Certificate issued by the Civil Guard, firearms licensing, firearm certificate or hunting license issued before 04/19/1989.
