- In the case of the «telematics» modality, a copy of the license will be sent by email or WhatsApp within a period of 2 to 48 hours as long as it is requested in the mornings and on weekdays. (Our emails may occasionally be received in your spam folder. Please check if they are there.)

- «Express» orders will be accepted until 11:30 AM, thank you.

- Important: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered for the purposes of delivery times.

Requirements to obtain a hunting license:

If it is a renewal, send a copy of the ID and hunting insurance to info@telelicencia.com
If it is for the first time, you must be authorized to hunt, through possession of a hunting license from one of the communities that require the hunter exam or equivalent system. Or have had a hunting license prior to November 2015. Provide a copy of your ID and hunting insurance.
