RIVER LICENSES
LA RIOJA RIO LICENSE
Requirements to obtain the river license:
- If applying for La Rioja fishing license for the first time, it must be attached a copy of the certificate of fitness to practice fishing issued by any Autonomous Community or competent body of the country of origin, proving that the fisherman's exam or equivalent test it has been passed, or having held a fishing license prior to October 17, 2009 and that no more than 10 years have passed since its validity ended.
