The personal data that may be provided to TELELICENCIA.COM through its website, for the processing of hunting licenses, will be incorporated into a file, the responsibility of TELELICENCIA.COM, with the purpose of managing the relationship with others in the meaning of Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data
The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the company, for the processing of the hunting license, are true and correct, and is responsible for communicating any modification thereto to the company.
You may exercise these rights and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998, of January 19, of the Data Protection Agency, it is necessary that you prove your personality to TELELICENCIA.COM by sending a photocopy of the National Identity Document or any other means valid in law.
Intellectual Property Rights
1.- All contents of the website www.telelicencia.com for the processing of hunting licenses (including, without limitation, databases, images and photographs, drawings, graphics and text files) are the property of TELELICENCIA. COM or the content providers, having been, in the latter case, subject to license or assignment by them, and are protected by national or international intellectual property regulations. The compilation, design, arrangement and assembly of all the content of the website is the exclusive property of TELELICENCIA.COM and is protected by national and international industrial and intellectual property regulations.
2.- The brands, labels, distinctive signs or logos of the referenced website, for the processing of hunting licenses, are the property of TELELICENCIA.COM and are duly registered, as well as the texts, data and graphic drawings; or are owned by the entities providing the Information, and cannot be subject to further modification, copy, transformation, alteration, reproduction, adaptation or translation by third parties, without the express authorization of the owner of said content. DELIVERY TIMES
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are considered non-working days for the purposes of issuing and processing licenses.
The deadlines for delivery of hunting licenses or fishing licenses are subject to the administrative procedures of the Environment Departments of each Autonomous Community, so in some exceptional case, hunting licenses may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of our work.
If the deadline for delivery of the requested hunting license or fishing license cannot be met, the interested party will be informed as soon as possible.
Same-day delivery: Telematics License
To receive the Telematics License on the same day, you must send the necessary documentation and proof of payment (in case of transfer), before 11:00 in the morning.
If you send the documentation after 11 in the morning, call us to confirm if it is possible to send you the license that same day by e-mail.
The customer will receive the license before 6:00 p.m. on the same day the order is placed. That same day, we will send you the requested license by regular mail.
* The Website indicates the Communities that can be managed electronically on the same day. It is not possible to process all licenses with this modality.
Delivery in 24 hours by courier:
To receive the license the next day, you must send the necessary documentation and proof of payment (in case of transfer), before 11 in the morning.
If you send the documentation after 11 in the morning, call us to confirm if it is possible to process the license that same day so that you receive it the next day.
The customer will receive the license by courier the day after placing the order before 7 pm. (If you need to receive the license in the morning, please call us.)
The courier company will deliver normally in the mornings and in some cases in the afternoons before 7am. If you have not received the license by noon, please contact us so we can confirm whether the delivery will be made or resolve any possible issue with the shipment
Delivery in 3 days by courier:
The client will receive the license by courier 3 days after placing the order, sending the necessary documentation and proof of payment (in case of transfer).
Delivery in 5-10 days by mail:
The client will receive the license by mail 5-10 days after placing the order, sending the necessary documentation and proof of payment (in case of transfer).
It is understood that the period of 5-10 days is approximate, and will depend on the postal services.
In many cases, it will only take a couple of days.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA BY COURIER
Shipments outside the peninsula by courier have a different price than what appears when placing the order. When we receive the order, we will inform you of the price difference.

If you want to cancel an order, you can request cancellation and refund of the amount at the following email: info@telelicencia.com
Please note that only orders in which the processing of the requested license has not started can be cancelled.
METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR HUNTING, FISHING AND STALKING DRAW LICENSES
TELELICENCIA, S.L., has the following payment methods for hunting licenses, fishing licenses and insurance:
- Payment by credit or debit card for the Hunting, Fishing, Insurance and Stalking Raffle: VISA, MasterCard and AMEX cards are accepted.
- Transfer/Account deposit of the hunting license, Fishing License or insurance: The transfer or account deposit for hunting licenses, fishing licenses and insurance must be made in favor of Telelicenia S.L. to the following account:

- Indicating in the concept the name of the applicant for the hunting license, fishing license or insurance.
FORM OF SENDING LICENSES
Licenses by mail will be sent by regular mail to the address indicated when placing the order. They are never sent by certified mail.
Licenses sent by email will be sent by regular mail the same day they are sent.
Licenses by courier will always be sent by the courier company with postage paid.
SENDING LICENSES OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA
Courier licenses to the Canary Islands will have an increase of €9 on the price that appears on the website.
Courier licenses to the Balearic Islands will have an increase of €9 on the price that appears on the website.
Courier licenses to Portugal and France will have an increase of €9 on the price that appears on the price that appears on the website. For other European destinations, contact us.
VALIDITY PERIOD OF LICENSES
The licenses will be valid for 1 year from the date of their processing in the corresponding official body.
If the license is valid for more than one year, it will be clearly indicated in the license description.
